2-8 oz blocks of cream cheese
1-pack of spicy Italian sausage (mild or spicy which ever you prefer)
2-medium size tomatoes diced (pre packaged works)
1- decent size Anaheim chili, diced and seeds removed (if you want it to be spicy you can leave some of seeds).
Brown sausage. Drain and add to slow cooker along with all other ingredients. Place temp setting on hi for 1 hour. Stir after 30 min. Or place on med heat for 2 hrs ready to eat once veggies are tender and cheese is fully melted.
